Are the watches on the site genuine? 

Yes! All products on the site are 100% original, with guaranteed origin and proven quality, without exceptions and compromises.

How can I search for a specific product?

If you want to find a specific product, please use the search module located at the top of the pages. Fill in the information about it, see if it is available on the site in the search results.

 Can a company place an order on your site?

 Yes, also accepts orders from companies. To receive an invoice containing your accurate information, please fill in the fields during registration or during the order itself.

 What should I do if I want the order to be delivered to a different address than the one I entered during registration? 

After collecting the desired products in the cart, the system allows you to enter a delivery address different from the address in your profile. 

Can I return/exchange purchased goods and in what time frame does this happen? 

  • Yes, you can, but there are certain conditions for this! The return of goods purchased from the Timedix website is possible ONLY within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. You can send the desired goods back to the Econt office in Pleven, 31B San Stefano Street, 5812, and the shipping costs are not covered by Timedix.
  • 100% refund is made by bank transfer after the goods are returned with a goods receipt (receipt) and checked by our employee, only on the condition that the commercial appearance or integrity of the goods is not violated (torn packaging, removed labels and others), in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 of the Civil Code.       
  • In case the payment was made with a bank card, the amount will be refunded by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made, within 7 days.
  •  In the event of a violation of the commercial appearance or signs of use, a partial compensation will be provided.
  • In the absence of prior notification for the return of goods, Timedix reserves the right to refuse a claim.      
  • In case of a dispute that cannot be resolved together with our online store, you can refer to the ORS website.
  • Product exchanges are only sent to Econt offices in the country, with delivery covered by Timedix.

I placed an order but did not receive an email to my email. Has my order been successfully received?

 No! If you did not receive an automatic email to your email, it means that you were not able to complete your order successfully. What you need to do is return to the site, follow the steps and confirm the order. To finalize the order, you only need to mark that you agree with the "General Terms of Use" and press "Confirm Order". After your order has been successfully accepted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from us.

 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 The delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days, after acceptance of the order, depending on the place of residence. The forwarding company that takes care of your orders is Econt.

 If you place an order before 16.00, it usually arrives the next working day.

 If your order includes accessories with a "Pre-order" status, it will be fulfilled within 2 to 5 working days.


What is the difference in watch quality in each category? 

The quality depends on the condition of each accessory. All products on the site are 100% original and of proven origin. Each of our watches has a proven origin and a certificate that guarantees their quality, depending on the choice of category:      

  •  "New" - in excellent condition in original box, no defects, scratches or surface marks.   
  •  "Like new" - in perfect condition, no marks on the watch, but the condition of the packaging (box) does not meet Timedix standards for a new product.    
  •   "In very good condition" - there are minimal surface marks or blemishes to the greater part of which are not visible to the naked eye, there are very light signs of use, or the original packaging (box) has been replaced (or is missing) to protect the product -well, we put them in the "very good condition" category.      
  •  "In Good Condition" - has relatively large surface marks or blemishes and/or is missing parts, we label it as "good" condition. It is possible that the original packaging (box) has been replaced or is missing.
  •   "Used - Acceptable Condition" - has signs of use including scratches, dents or other aesthetic issues. They are presented are descriptions of quality and possible defects or surface marks.

 How can I change my profile information?

 To make changes to your profile, please log in with your password and select the update profile option located in the My Profile section. 

 Do I need to register to make purchases?

 If you want to place an order on the site, you must register. Registration can also be done after you have selected your products (at the time of sending the order).

 Can I change my order after I place it?

 If you wish to change your order, please contact us via the contact form on the site. Please enter the order number. You can find the order number in the "Track order" section.

Can I see my order history?

 Yes, you can view all orders placed through our site through the "Track Order" section.
