Timedix („Таймдикс“ ООД) informs you how the data of customers and users of the Timedix online watch store is collected, stored and processed. What personal data we collect

We store the following types of personal data: first and last name, email address, phone number, delivery address of your orders, IP address, order history, and any additional information that users have voluntarily provided in their user accounts. In particular:

• information you give us when you register, place an order or use our services and website – first name, last name, phone number, postal address, email address and any additional information you voluntarily entered when creating your account;
• information we need when you report a problem with our online store;
• order history and payment methods;

How we use your data

All data you provide on the website is fully confidential and protected, and is used only for the needs of the website – to process and deliver your orders, to contact you and to send our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Timedix Ltd. collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• activating personal access for each user;
• better service and user experience in the online store;
• processing orders placed by users;
• preparing anonymous statistics about visitors to the online store;
• providing discounts and promotions;
• sending emails and notifications about upcoming games, promotions and other company activities;
• analysing user behaviour in order to improve the platform and offer new products and services.

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

Who we share your data with

Your data is collected, stored, processed and used by Timedix and by third parties authorised by us – courier companies, banks and other companies involved in fulfilling your orders: maintaining your account, registering orders, shipping the ordered products, providing the ordered services, invoicing and resolving any disputes.

Data storage and protection

• Servers in the European Union

  Timedix Ltd. stores all personal data voluntarily provided by customers of the online store in a specialised data centre located in the European Union that meets all European standards and requirements for this purpose.

• SSL certificate

  The website uses a secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate that encrypts the connection between the server and your browser.

• Retention period

  Once you have consented to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data for the purpose of processing an order or enquiry, Timedix keeps your personal data until you explicitly request that it be deleted from the database.

Your rights

At any time you can:

• Request information about the personal data we hold about you – send a request through the contact form and you will receive an email listing the data we store.
• Request erasure of your personal data – if you do not want your data to be stored for customer service and order purposes, let us know through the contact form.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
• Request restriction of processing, object to it, or receive your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that your browser (for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website.
