Description

This flask is an impressive example of traditional Bulgarian craftsmanship, combining functionality with strong character. Handcrafted from linden wood, it is made in the “bukel” style, with each individual element assembled using traditional barrel-making techniques. This artisanal approach gives the flask durability, authenticity, and a distinctive, expressive shape. Inside, it features an integrated 700 ml glass container, suitable for storing rakia, wine, or other beverages.

The flask is hand-carved by our master woodcarver – on one side with a beautifully detailed grape cluster, a symbol of abundance and prosperity, and on the other with a clean, circular rosette, intentionally left to provide ample space for personalized laser engraving. The wooden screw cap ensures secure closure and safe use, while the hemp rope handle enhances its authentic appearance and makes it comfortable to carry.

The final finish is achieved with a special water-based stain and a lightly glossy lacquer. The flask is available in two walnut tones – a lighter and a darker shade. For care and maintenance, we recommend not washing the exterior with water; it is sufficient to rinse only the glass container after use.

The option for personalization adds special value to this flask. We recommend engraving the back according to the client’s wishes – a text, message, date, name, symbol, or image. In this way, the flask becomes not just a beautiful object, but a personal keepsake that endures over time and carries the emotion of a specific occasion.
