Ben Sherman is a brand founded in 1963 by Arthur Benjamin Sugarman. Initially, the company focused on the production of shirts, which quickly became popular among fashionistas in the 1960s due to the high quality of the materials and unique design. In 1967, Ben Sherman opened his first store on Duke Street in Brighton, England.

The brand continued to grow in the 1970s and 1980s, when it became a favorite of bands such as The Jam, The Specials and Madness, who contributed to Ben Sherman's popularity among the mod and skinhead cultures. During this period, Ben Sherman sold his business and retired to Australia.

Over the years, the company went through various owners and eventually became part of the US company Oxford Industries in 2004. In 2015, Ben Sherman was acquired by Marquee Brands, who later licensed the UK operations to The Baird Group.

Ben Sherman is also known for its watches, which reflect the same aesthetic and quality as the brand's clothing. The watches are characterized by clean design and reliable movements, offering a variety of styles - from classic to modern models.

In addition, the brand continues to have a significant influence in the world of fashion and even dressed the Great Britain team for the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2021 and Paris in 2024.
